No Crank No Start 2014 LT

Hello, I am at the end of my whits. THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING!! My 2014 Cruze 2LT won't crank or start. It was driving really rough, so I decided to check my coolant. (I've been having to top it off too often.) So I replaced the coolant reservoir and attempted to do a radiator flush. My hoses were so gunked up I had to replace a couple of them, and then I checked my thermostat. There was a different color coolant (one I had used on 1 side of the thermostat MONTHS ago/thousands of miles prior) and my radiator hadn't gotten any coolant for that long. Amazing she still ran as long as she did... Anyways, after replacing the thermostat- she wouldn't crank or start. Shes thrown me 4 codes... P1101, P0171, P015B, P0097. Since then I've replaced: MAP sensor MAF sensor Lower oxygen sensor Starter Battery Fuel control module Battery fuse box distributor Starter relay Starter fuse A few months prior I replaced the turbo, accelerator sensor, and throttle body. All fuses and relays are good. Any help or suggestions would be deeply appreciated because I need my car ASAP so I can get to work. Thanks!

OK, we need to start on the "no crank". A lot of the things listed are for optimal fuel economy, not "no start". When you turn the car on, does the Check Engine Light come on? If not, something's up with the ECM. Like it's not getting power.
