Whining Noise from Engine Bay - 2017 Hyundai Elantra

My 2017 Hyundai Elantra has started making a high-pitched whining noise from the engine bay. The noise gets louder when I rev the engine. Power steering fluid is full. Thoughts?

Almost certainly a worn serpentine belt or one of the belt tensioners. The noise changing with engine RPM is the big clue. Open the hood, start the engine, and carefully spray a tiny bit of water on the serpentine belt. If the noise changes or goes away for a second, you've found the culprit.

That was it! Sprayed water on the belt and the whining stopped. Heading to the shop for a new serpentine belt. Thanks @wqshaider!
